It combines employee skills profiles, role and competency mapping, proficiency tracking across nine levels, gap analysis, certification workflows and development planning. Employees can complete self-assessments while managers provide validation, giving teams a structured view of capabilities and development needs. The free plan makes it approachable for small teams, while the Starter plan begins at $5.50 per user per month with monthly billing.
Pricing expands by plan and use case. Starter includes skills and competency mapping, certification tracking, the AI Role Builder, skill gap analysis, the Learning and Development module, standard HRIS integrations and SSO. Professional adds internal mobility, internal recruitment, reporting and analytics, manager and employee development tools, API access and custom HRIS integrations.
