SkedWise is web-based salon management software for small and mid-sized businesses that need inventory control alongside daily operations. Its scope extends beyond stock: appointment scheduling, customer records, point of sale, invoicing, staff management and reporting are included in the main salon management plans. For inventory-focused teams, the relevant tools include supplier records, product fields for SKUs, pricing, barcodes and reorder thresholds, retail sales tracking, product usage dispatch and reports showing products to order.
Purchasing is the clearest reason to consider SkedWise. The inventory workflow supports purchase order creation and emailing to suppliers, goods received notes and partial supply receiving, which suits salons that receive items in stages. Product and supplier records connect purchasing with retail inventory, while service definitions and dispatch support tracking in-house product usage. The main plans enable all features and include free training, free customer support and free one-time setup. Pricing is USD 90 per month on monthly billing, USD 85 per month on quarterly billing, USD 79 per month on bi-yearly billing or USD 74 per month on annual billing.
The trade-off is a focused web-based operating model with paid add-ons around the core system.
