Our verdict on SixSevenBall Camp Management
SixSevenBall Camp Management is a web-based operations tool for youth basketball coaches and program directors. It brings camp planning, online camper registration, fee invoices, family payments, volunteer coordination, and fundraising into a single workflow. Organizers can define dates, locations, age ranges, capacity, pricing, and daily agendas, while families use a parent portal to register and pay. It is best suited to sports teams running straightforward camps rather than organizations seeking a broad, multi-purpose camp-management system.
Camp management is included in the free foundational toolkit. The Free plan supports 1 team, up to 12 players, announcements, attendance, 3 saved plays, and watermarked PDF exports. The broader plan structure includes Pro Coach at $29 per month for up to 5 teams, 100 players, unlimited plays, player evaluations, scouting reports, and a practice planner. Head Coach costs $49 per month and adds templates, a 20-lesson classroom, weekly live coaching calls, monthly film breakdowns, and elite software access. Player+ is listed at $9 per month or $79 per year, with personalized weekly AI training plans, AI video analysis, daily challenges and streaks, a skill tracker, and 15% off 1-on-1 coaching. A seven-day trial is also available.
The strongest fit is a basketball program that wants camp administration alongside team functions. The platform supports online payments through the family portal, automatic fee invoices, volunteer shift publishing and signup tracking, and camp-specific fundraising with automatic contribution reconciliation into the team budget. It runs on the web, making browser access central to the workflow. Teams with specialized camp requirements or a wider operational scope may prefer a more comprehensive platform, while smaller programs can start with the free toolkit and add broader subscriptions or services as needed.
