Its workflow brings together lead management, estimating, electronic approvals, project costing, selections, change orders, invoicing, scheduling, time tracking, expenses, receipts, payments, and a client portal. That combination suits owner-operators and small teams that want core project controls in one system rather than relying on separate spreadsheets and services.
Pricing starts with the Solo plan at $29 per month, billed monthly. It includes estimates, invoices, payments, QuickBooks Online sync, and email and SMS notifications. Crew costs $79 per month and adds time tracking, payroll reports, team scheduling, calendar sync, and a lead intake form. Company costs $199 per month and adds advanced permissions and roles, multi-company switching, backup and recovery tools, and priority support.
