Site24x7 MSP is a cloud-based remote monitoring and management platform for managed service providers. It brings customer websites, servers, applications, networks, cloud resources, and logs into a unified console, with separate customer accounts in a multi-tenant setup. MSPs can also use customer health views, NOC View dashboards, configuration profiles, audit logs, alerts, reports, APIs, mobile apps, subscription billing, and invoice generation. It is aimed at providers overseeing multiple customer environments rather than teams seeking a standalone website monitor.
The plan structure is straightforward. The paid MSP plan includes management for 9 customers, 3 applications, 5 servers, 15 websites, 10 network components, and 5 GB of collected logs. MSP Enterprise includes the MSP features plus Anomaly Detection, Event Correlation, Infrastructure Events, NCM Firmware Vulnerability, and NCM Compliance. There is no free plan, while a 30-day free trial gives prospective buyers time to assess the monitoring scope before committing. Annual billing amounts are lower than monthly billing amounts.
Platform coverage is a strong fit for providers that need one operating layer across web, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, and API access. Integrations include ConnectWise Manage, ServiceDesk Plus MSP, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, Webhooks, PagerDuty, Jira Service Management, and Zoho Desk. Workflow integrations, centralized billing, SLA reports, and mobile monitoring extend the product beyond alert collection. MSPs that need broad infrastructure visibility and account-level administration should consider it; teams primarily looking for native PSA ticketing may prefer a product centered on that workflow.
