Managers can build and publish schedules through a web application, while staff use iPhone and Android apps to view shifts, claim open work, submit availability and time-off requests, swap shifts, and receive notifications. Its healthcare-relevant scope includes license and certification expiry tracking, time clocks, timesheet approval, messaging, and payroll-ready exports. It is best suited to small teams that need coverage management without a complex enterprise rollout.
The pricing structure starts with a Free plan at CAD 0 per month, covering schedule creation and publishing, drag-and-drop editing, shift swaps, time-off requests, open-shift pickup, and help documentation. Team costs CAD 19 per month and adds manager and custom staff roles, max-hours and overtime alerts, labor-cost reports, CSV/PDF exports, and email support.
