SimpleAMS is a cloud-based IT asset management platform for IT teams and small to medium-sized businesses. It brings hardware inventory, employee checkout and check-in, software license assignment, maintenance records, depreciation, audits and reporting into one system. QR label generation and phone scanning support physical asset workflows, while custom categories, locations and statuses help teams structure their inventory. The product is a strong fit for organizations that want organized ITAM without limiting staff and user access.

Pricing is asset-based, with monthly and annual options. Starter costs €29 per month or €299 per year for up to 250 assets, unlimited staff and users, QR labels, employee checkout, license and maintenance tracking, and CSV import. Growth costs €79 per month or €819 per year for up to 1,000 assets, adding an AI inventory assistant, MDM integrations, approval workflows and depreciation. Business costs €149 per month or €1,539 per year for up to 5,000 assets, with unlimited users, SAML, LDAP and Google SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, two-way Jira integration and a REST API.
