Our verdict on SignedOff
SignedOff is a delivery and proof-of-delivery system for South African transport and road-freight fleets. Fleet offices create and assign jobs in a web dashboard, while drivers use mobile apps to update status from acceptance through delivery. The product runs across web, iOS and Android, with cloud and mobile deployment for solo, small and mid-market operations. A 14-day trial is available without requiring a card to start.
Its strongest area is proof capture. A delivery record can include recipient details, signatures, photos, GPS coordinates and timestamps, while live vehicle maps and GPS trails provide visibility into active jobs. Offline job and proof capture lets drivers continue when connectivity is unavailable and synchronize later. Searchable delivery and document records, client proof links and invoice-ready exports extend the workflow beyond the drop-off itself. These capabilities suit teams that need a clear audit trail for customers, billing and internal review.
SignedOff also covers fleet administration with licence and permit expiry tracking, vehicle expense records and receipt images. Monthly plans are grouped for 1–5, 6–20, 21–50 and 51+ trucks; the listed highlights for the 1–5-truck tier include jobs and delivery management, proof of delivery, live tracking, and unlimited drivers and team members. Integrations include Paystack, Amazon Web Services, Mapbox, Google and Apple. Teams seeking detailed delivery evidence and vehicle records should find a close fit, while organizations needing a broader, highly automated dispatch or notification suite should compare alternatives carefully.
