Our verdict on Shwego
Shwego is a cloud-based field-service platform for service contractors such as drain cleaning, pest control, appliance repair, garage door, and electrical businesses. It is designed for high-volume operations with dispatchers, office staff, owners, and technicians working from web, iOS, and Android apps. The platform combines scheduling, dispatch, live technician locations, job mapping, quoting, customer records, invoicing, payments, notifications, and reporting for teams handling roughly 50 to 200 jobs per day.
Pricing is based on completed jobs rather than a monthly or annual subscription. The Growth plan costs $3 per completed job and includes unlimited techs, dispatchers, and seats plus the full platform, with no subscription or annual contract. Scale costs $2 per completed job and adds multi-location accounts, routing, and priority support with a direct cell line. Volume costs $1 per completed job and adds dedicated migration and onboarding alongside the Scale features. The vendor's pricing page presents these as Summer 2026 introductory tiers, making the model most relevant to businesses that prefer usage-based costs and have enough job volume to benefit from lower per-job rates.
