Shipup is a post-purchase platform for ecommerce teams managing order and shipment visibility after checkout. It combines tracking, branded or custom tracking pages, delivery-status notifications, delivery estimates, returns management, delivery-incident monitoring, carrier claims and logistics reporting. The platform is available through the web, API and Chrome extension, with support for ecommerce brands using Shopify, Magento or Prestashop.
Pricing is structured across three paid monthly plans. Essential costs €299 per month, Advanced costs €599 per month, and Premium costs €999 per month. Essential and Advanced list fixed subscriptions, while Premium lists a custom price per package. The plans include API access, webhooks and FTP, SSO and multi-account management. The pricing model also lists usage charges separately, which may vary by package or channel, and the plans carry a minimum one-year commitment.
