Shell Fleet Hub is an online fleet-management platform for businesses using Shell Cards. It brings card administration, transaction monitoring, vehicle details, spending controls, reporting, invoicing and VAT recovery into one web-based environment. Fleet managers can monitor fuel spend, transactions, vehicle activity and EV-charging activity, while applying controls to how and where cards are used. Shell positions Fleet Hub primarily for larger fleets that need centralized oversight of fuel-card activity.
The platform’s control layer is its clearest strength. Managers can set transaction limits by value or volume, restrict card use by location or day and time, block cards, and receive automated account alerts. Fraud detection and real-time authorization controls add further oversight, while live reports help teams review activity. Online invoicing and VAT recovery support the administrative side of fuel management. Transactional report access can extend to 24 months in some cases, giving eligible users a longer view of activity.
Shell Fleet Hub uses a contact-sales pricing model, so buyers need to engage with Shell to discuss commercial terms. Its platform coverage is web only, and its integration listing centers on Shell APIs.
