Its Text Snip, Table Snip and Sum Snip tools cover selected text, tables with headers and totaling selected numbers; AI Snip and reusable templates support more flexible extraction. OCR extends that workflow to scanned PDFs and images, while source links let a user inspect the original document behind an extracted value. It is a specialized accounting aid for spreadsheet-based processes, not a replacement for a complete accounting system.
