sheepCRM is a cloud-based membership CRM for professional bodies, associations, clubs and other member-based organisations. It brings together membership applications, online payments, renewals, member records, events, fundraising, communications and reporting. Members can join, renew, update their details, make payments and register for events through the sheepApp portal. Its strongest fit is for UK organisations that need membership administration alongside finance, donations and Gift Aid tracking.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Advanced costs £299 per month for organisations managing individual memberships. Professional costs £499 per month and is aimed at professional bodies and trade associations managing organisational memberships. Enterprise costs £999 per month for larger professional bodies and trade associations, with a tailored solution and dedicated support. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT, while setup fees depend on the selected plan and support requirements. Organisations should therefore assess both the recurring subscription and implementation needs before choosing a tier.
The platform’s ecosystem covers payment, finance, marketing, website, events and community workflows. Stripe and GoCardless support payment reconciliation, while Xero, Mailchimp, WordPress, Eventbrite, Discourse and Zapier extend the surrounding stack. An API is available for custom integrations.
