Our verdict on ShareVision
ShareVision is a cloud-based case management platform for nonprofits, social service agencies, and community-service organizations. It brings together client profiles, records, configurable forms, service enrollment and history, goals, outcomes, case notes, documentation, programs, services, facilities, alerts, reminders, permissions, reporting, and dashboards. Its client and service portals support organizations managing multiple programs, locations, facilities, waitlists, and staff workflows. It is aimed at smaller agencies as well as larger organizations with broader program-management needs.
Pricing is organized into six monthly plans under an annual commitment. Simply 10 costs $160 per month for up to 10 users and includes 10 GB of built-in document storage, customizable forms, client and service tracking, and community forum support. Simply 25 costs $320 for 25 users with the same listed storage and core features. Simply 50 costs $480 for 50 users, adds 5 JumpStart service credits, and retains customizable forms. Plenty 100 costs $800 for 100 users and adds 100 GB of storage, 40 JumpStart service credits, and additional tools and features. Plenty 250 costs $1,250 for 250 users, while Plenty 500 costs $2,100 for 500 users; both include 100 GB of storage, 50 JumpStart service credits, customizable forms, and additional tools and features. Prices are CAD for Canadian customers and USD for US customers.
ShareVision’s ecosystem fit is centered on browser access, with integrations for Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and Twilio. The platform covers service planning, referral tracking, outcome tracking, client portals, permissions-based access, and reporting, making it suitable for organizations that need connected program records rather than a simple contact database. Organizations should choose ShareVision when configurable nonprofit workflows, portals, and multi-program management justify the monthly cost. It is less suitable for teams seeking a free plan, native mobile access beyond a browser, or a lower-cost option for small user groups.
