Setupp is a web-based meeting scheduling service for sales teams, agencies, recruiters, and consultants that want to qualify people before revealing open times. Booking pages collect intake answers, apply qualification rules, and assign a Setupp Score from 0.0 to 10.0 to confirmed bookings. Teams can also schedule meetings with equal host attendees, embed booking flows on a company website, or share a hosted booking page. Its focus is the qualification step as much as the calendar itself, making it a fit for workflows where screening matters before a meeting is offered.

The published monthly prices are per workspace, not per user. Free costs $0 and includes 1 host, 1 event type, intake forms, Setupp Score on every booking, Google Calendar and Google Meet, and a hosted booking page. Pro is $19 per workspace monthly, with 3 hosts, unlimited event types, a qualification gate with hard decline, a native embed, and a custom scoring profile. Team costs $49 and adds 10 hosts, round-robin assignment, event-specific intake forms, meeting documents, and shared availability, buffers, and notice. Business is $129 and includes 50 hosts, signed outbound webhooks with retries, and onboarding and migration help. The vendor says paid plans are currently arranged by email because automated checkout is not built yet.

Calendar and conferencing connections include Google Calendar, Google Meet, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom; Slack and HubSpot are also identified as integrations. Collective scheduling is available, while round-robin routing is reserved for Team and Business. This makes Setupp more suited to teams prioritizing pre-booking qualification and routing than buyers seeking a broad scheduling feature set. Choose it if qualification rules, scoring, or team assignment are central; look elsewhere if you need paid-plan checkout online or a wider set of scheduling capabilities.
