Settle is an accounts payable and procure-to-pay platform for CPG and inventory-led businesses. It captures invoice data from forwarded email or uploaded documents, populates invoice details, matches bills with purchase orders and receipts, and routes bills and payments through approval workflows. The platform also covers procurement, vendor management, accounting synchronization, audit trails, landed-cost tracking, and W-9/W-8 collection. Its free Launch plan makes it a fit for small teams that want to automate core AP work without a monthly subscription.
Pricing is straightforward across two monthly plans. Launch costs $0 per month and includes accounts payable, procurement, accounting software integration, AI invoice data extraction, custom approval workflows, and vendor management. Accelerate costs $199 per month and includes everything in Launch, plus automated 3-way matching, multiple shipments per purchase order, custom user roles, a dedicated success manager, and white-glove onboarding support.
