Security teams can use it to build an inventory of sensitive data, analyze permissions and exposure, monitor suspicious access, and send issues into established security and IT workflows.

Its strongest differentiator is the breadth of its data-risk view. AI-based classification uses contextual analysis, while exposure detection covers public links, organization-wide sharing, and third-party access. Permission-risk analysis adds governance context, and continuous monitoring tracks suspicious data access and posture changes.
