A structured legal-business CRM with strong pipelines, booking and referral tracking.

Senitix CRM is a web-based customer relationship management system for law firms, solo practices, mediation providers and other legal-services businesses. It organizes inquiries, referral sources, consultations, contacts, companies, fee proposals and follow-ups in shared records. Its focus is business development and client intake rather than matter files, court work or time billing, making it a fit for firms that need a structured path from lead to consultation and proposal.
The pricing structure starts with a Free plan for up to 2 users, including contacts, companies, leads, deals, one editable pipeline, tasks, calls, meetings and CSV or Excel import/export. Growth costs $49 per user per month when billed monthly or $34 when billed annually, adding Senitix AI, workflow automation, Gmail, Outlook and IMAP email sync, calendar synchronization, quotes, products, price books and up to 3 pipelines. Professional costs $79 monthly or $59 annually per user, adding quote-to-invoice processes, forecasting, rule-based lead scoring, custom objects and approval workflows. Enterprise costs $179 monthly or $109 annually per user, with the highest limits, OpenID Connect single sign-on and priority support.
For legal-business workflows, Senitix covers lead qualification, editable list and Kanban pipelines, public consultation booking links, referral tracking, fee proposals with version history and PDF generation, scheduled reporting and AI-assisted email drafting, thread summaries and next-step suggestions. Gmail, Outlook, IMAP/SMTP mailboxes, Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar provide the main ecosystem connections. The product is less suitable for firms seeking a complete legal practice-management system, native mobile access or intake forms. Choose it when pipeline visibility, follow-up discipline and business-development coordination matter most; consider an alternative when case operations and broader legal-specific functions are central.
