Our verdict on SendIt
SendIt is logistics software for D2C brands, retailers, FMCG businesses, and manufacturers in India. Its SwiftShip product covers multi-carrier rate shopping, shipment allocation, tracking, NDR and RTO management, COD reconciliation, returns, branded tracking pages, and reverse AWBs. WareSync adds inventory visibility and receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and ERP workflows. The product is suited to small, mid-market, and enterprise teams managing parcel operations alongside ecommerce or warehouse processes.
The published plans follow a freemium structure. Freemium includes order, stock, and price synchronization, inventory and invoicing management, a developer API, and multichannel listing. The 30-day trial gives teams a way to evaluate the platform before committing. Business adds unlimited orders, unlimited team profiles, real-time synchronization, priority support 24/7, and a marketplace repricer; its commercial model combines a monthly fixed fee with per-order charges.
