Send is an online gifting platform for sales prospecting, employee appreciation, and personal occasions. It lets users paste a product URL, then delivers the gift by email or link. Recipients provide their delivery address and can swap the selected product or choose a product through Gift of Choice. Small teams get a flexible way to send physical gifts without being restricted to a fixed catalog, while larger teams can add collaboration, branding, integrations, and administrative controls.
The published plans show a freemium model with a free plan and a Starter tier beginning at 19. Starter includes unlimited sends, product-URL gifting, Gift of Choice, email and link delivery, recipient product swaps, and gift tracking and history. Pro adds a 0% send fee, batch gifting, team workspaces, Slack integration, and custom branding. Enterprise adds CRM integrations, SSO/SAML authentication, budget controls, approval workflows, a dedicated account manager, and a custom SLA. This progression makes the product easier to evaluate for smaller teams, while the higher tiers address team coordination and organizational governance.
Send also fits teams working across web and API workflows, with API and MCP access and integrations for Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, Drift, BambooHR, Deel, Rippling, Workday, Bob, and Slack. Its standout feature is flexibility: users can send products from online stores by URL, and recipients retain control through swaps or product selection. The trade-off is a narrower operational scope, with limited automation and shipping coverage. Choose Send when flexible physical gifting and recipient choice matter more than deeply automated fulfillment; consider another option when extensive shipping operations or broader automation are central requirements.
