Scurry review
A focused choice for Pipedrive teams turning call transcripts into scheduled email follow-ups.

Scurry turns meeting transcripts into personalized, multi-touch sales follow-up email sequences. It is aimed at SaaS founders, sales teams, consultants and agencies that regularly run discovery or sales calls. Transcript inputs can come from Fireflies.ai, Otter.ai, Gong, Fathom, tl;dv and other supported sources, while messages are sent through Gmail or Outlook via OAuth. Pipedrive deal-stage checks and CRM pre-send conditions make it particularly relevant for teams already managing sales activity in Pipedrive.
The plan structure separates lighter workflow needs from higher-volume automation. A free plan is available, and a 14-day free trial is listed. Oak costs $59.99 per seat per month when billed monthly or $49.99 per seat per month when billed annually, with 350 Acorns, five AI components per workflow and five active workflows. Redwood raises those limits to 900 Acorns, 10 AI components and 12 active workflows; it costs $129.99 monthly or $99.99 with annual billing and adds smart send timing, Research and Action components. Ancient Forest adds unlimited sequences and workflows, an unlimited resource library, SSO/SAML, custom AI fine-tuning, dedicated infrastructure and a dedicated account manager.
Scurry’s strongest fit is transcript-driven email automation with control before and after sending. Teams can set brand voice, prompts and per-email rules, filter using transcript content, review or edit drafts, reschedule or delete messages, and stop sequences when replies or conflicts are detected. Contact and organization relationship memory adds continuity, while the open transcript endpoint supports external tools. The trade-off is a narrow channel focus: teams seeking coordinated outreach beyond email should look elsewhere. Choose Scurry for Pipedrive-centered, meeting-led follow-up; consider alternatives when broader engagement channels are essential.
