SciSpace is an AI-powered research workspace for students, researchers, publishers, and institutions. It combines semantic and text-based scholarly search with tools for understanding, reviewing, and writing research. Users can find papers, filter results by year, publication type, journals, conferences, and keywords, then chat with uploaded PDFs, generate summaries, extract research data, create citations, and save insights in a Notebook. It suits academic work that moves from discovery into paper analysis and writing.

The pricing structure is freemium. Basic costs $0 per month and includes 100 monthly credits and one concurrent task. Premium costs $12 per month when billed annually, with 1,200 monthly credits and two concurrent tasks. Advanced costs $70 per month when billed annually and includes 10,000 monthly credits with four concurrent tasks. Max costs $160 per month when billed annually, raising the allowance to 40,000 monthly credits while retaining four concurrent tasks. The main paid-plan differences are credit capacity and, at the Premium level, concurrent-task capacity.
