Scaleway Virtual Instances are cloud virtual machines for applications, development environments, internal tools, websites, databases and compute-intensive workloads. They suit teams seeking European deployment locations and a choice of VM types, with API, Terraform and command-line management. The lowest-priced listed instance, STARDUST1-S, includes 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 100 Mbps bandwidth and shared CPU, with local SSD or block storage. That entry-level size is a fit for modest workloads, not a reason to assume every instance has the same specifications.

Pricing starts at €0.43 per instance per month for STARDUST1-S; an hourly version is listed at €0.0006 per instance per hour for pay-as-you-go compute billing. The monthly price is for compute and excludes storage and attached public IPv4 charges. The 100 Mbps figure describes bandwidth, not a monthly transfer allowance.
