Scaleway Kapsule is a managed Kubernetes service for developers and organizations running containerized applications on Scaleway Instances. It manages the Kubernetes control plane while supporting workload deployment, horizontal and vertical autoscaling, automatic node health checks and replacement, rolling updates, private networking, persistent storage, and ingress controllers. Teams can administer clusters through the Scaleway console, Kubernetes API, CLI, Terraform, or kubectl, making it a fit for organizations that want managed Kubernetes while retaining standard Kubernetes management paths.
Pricing is structured around the control plane, with worker nodes and other allocated resources charged separately. The Mutualized Control Plane costs €0 per month and includes a shared Kubernetes control plane with support for up to 150 nodes. Dedicated-4 costs €80 per month for 4 GB of dedicated RAM, up to 250 nodes, and a 99.5% uptime SLA. Dedicated-8 costs €131 per month for 8 GB of dedicated RAM, up to 500 nodes, and the same SLA.
