Sales Seraph review
A capable AI sales coach with broad call support, but a high entry price and narrow CRM fit.

Sales Seraph is an AI sales-coaching platform for sales representatives, founders, and sales teams conducting video calls. It combines live coaching prompts, objection-handling suggestions, interactive scripts, transcription, post-call analysis, meeting notes, action items, follow-up drafting, deal tracking, and team reporting. Its multichannel follow-up support covers personalized email, SMS, and LinkedIn drafts, while sequence planning helps organize multiple touches after a call. The product is available on the web and through an API.
Pricing is aimed at teams prepared to pay for coaching support. The Sales Account costs $97 per month and includes 10 hours of real-time AI video-call coaching, all platform features, objection handling, meeting notes, and follow-up emails. The Team Manager Account costs $497 per month and raises coaching access to 50 hours while adding a team management dashboard, performance tracking, and manager-level reporting. A seven-day free trial is available. The higher tier makes more sense when managers need visibility across representatives; individual sellers may find the monthly entry cost harder to justify.
Platform coverage is a practical strength. Sales Seraph supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and GoToMeeting, with Google Calendar call detection and GoHighLevel CRM synchronization. REST API and webhook access can connect call data and generated follow-ups to CRMs, dashboards, and internal tools. The main limitation is ecosystem breadth on the CRM side: the native synchronization is centered on GoHighLevel, so organizations using other CRM systems may need API work. Choose Sales Seraph for AI-assisted coaching and multichannel drafting around video calls; consider an alternative if broad native CRM coverage or lower-cost follow-up automation matters more.
