Sales Planner is a web application for owners, managing directors and sales leaders at IT and software companies. It combines sales-maturity assessment, multi-year revenue planning, scenario modeling and quota management in a management planning layer rather than an operational CRM. Teams can work from annual goals down to weekly or monthly sales activities and rep-level quotas, then monitor target versus actual performance at management level.

Its planning depth is the main reason to consider it. The product supports five-year revenue plans with backward calculation and three scenarios: conservative, realistic and ambitious. Quotas can be translated from annual goals into rep-level activities, while Excel import, CSV data exchange, and Excel or PDF export support spreadsheet-led planning processes. Role-based access control and an audit trail add structure for organizations that need controlled planning records. The web application is hosted in the EU.

The published plans show a 14-day Trial with selected core modules, email support and no credit card required. The annual Subscription is €1,347 per year and adds full access to every function, unlimited seats, ongoing updates and support. A Lifetime plan costs €6,735 as a one-time payment and includes lifetime access, priority support and all future updates. Sales Planner is a strong fit for leadership teams that want structured quota planning around Excel workflows and scenario-based revenue planning. Organizations seeking direct CRM synchronization or a broader operational sales system should choose a product built around those workflows instead.
