A multitenant SaaS backup platform with approval controls and point-in-time restore.

SaaSAssure is a cloud-based backup and recovery platform from Asigra for managed service providers, IT administrators, and organizations protecting data in business applications. It centralizes backup operations across Microsoft 365 services, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Box, and QuickBooks Online through configurable connectors. The web-based platform combines scheduled and on-demand full or incremental backups with point-in-time restore, CSV exports, activity and event log reporting, and multitenant management.
The storage and control model is a strong fit for service providers and teams managing multiple customer or organizational environments. SaaSAssure supports SaaSAssure Cloud Storage and S3-compatible storage, while AES-256 encryption protects data at rest and in transit. Multifactor authentication, ransomware protection, and multiperson approval for destructive actions add useful safeguards around administrative access and recovery operations. These controls make the product more suitable for governed backup workflows than for a minimal, single-application backup need.
According to the vendor's pricing structure, buyers can choose connector-specific monthly licensing billed by the number of licensed users backed up, an annual individual-connector plan with a discounted monthly fee and 12-month commitment, or bundled connectors on an annual 12-month commitment. A 14-day free trial is available. The published category specifications identify daily backup frequency, point-in-time restore, audit logs, and ransomware protection. SaaSAssure should appeal to organizations that need centralized multitenant administration and approval controls across several SaaS systems. Teams requiring more frequent backups or a straightforward self-service purchase may prefer an alternative.
