Rydoo is expense management and reimbursement software for employees, managers, and finance teams. It brings receipt capture, expense submission, mileage tracking, per diem calculations, approval workflows, policy controls, reporting, corporate card reconciliation, and employee reimbursements into one platform. Web, iOS, and Android access support employees on the move, while API connectivity is available across the platform. It is a strong fit for mid-market teams that need more than receipt collection, particularly when finance, travel, HR, and accounting processes must connect.
Pricing is structured around four tiers. Essentials costs $9 per user per month with annual billing or $12 with monthly billing, and includes a mobile receipt scanner, unlimited expenses, mileage expenses, a single approval flow, and PDF and Excel exports. Pro costs $11 per user per month annually or $14 monthly, adding per diems, accounting integrations, automated transaction reconciliation, custom policies and rules, and multilevel approval flows. Both Essentials and Pro require at least 5 users. Business adds reimbursements, Rydoo Cards, SFTP access, API access, and a custom bank transactions feed, while Enterprise adds advanced approval workflows, Smart Audit, SAML single sign-on, HR connect, and scheduled exports. Business and Enterprise use custom pricing.
Its main advantage is breadth across the expense lifecycle. AI receipt scanning and expense data extraction reduce manual entry, while mileage reimbursement calculation, daily allowance management, policy detection, configurable approvals, and card reconciliation address distinct finance tasks. Integrations include QuickBooks, Xero, Exact Online, TravelPerk, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, BambooHR, Wise, Deel, Slack, Uber, and Lyft. Choose Rydoo if your organization needs connected expense controls, reimbursements, and multiple approval levels. Smaller teams seeking a free option, or organizations needing only basic receipt capture, may prefer a narrower tool.
