RunProperty is a cloud and mobile real estate CRM for agencies and sales professionals. It brings together customer and contact management, property listings, sales pipelines, tasks, calendars, transactions, dashboards, and portal publishing. Its buyer journey views and branded property-selection landing pages also support customer-facing sales work. The product is positioned for small, mid-market, and enterprise real estate businesses, with a particular fit for European teams managing listings across multiple portals.
Pricing is centered on the Team solution at €39.99 per user per month, shown with monthly and annual billing views. This tier includes dashboards, sales pipeline and property information, listing management, calendar and task management, contact management, and a mobile application. The published pricing page also shows “SAVE 10%” on the annual view. A 14-day free trial is available without a card requirement. The Enterprise solution adds marketing consent management, email validation for form fields, customer feedback surveys, seller reporting and a self-service portal, custom domains, and custom documents and marketing materials.
