Royal Mail AddressNow Capture validates and captures customer addresses across online forms, eCommerce systems, point-of-sale workflows, call-management systems and other business applications. It suggests addresses while users type, supports one-field and multi-field layouts, populates address fields automatically, and verifies entries against Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File. The service is aimed at organisations that need UK address capture in customer-facing or operational workflows, with web and API access available.
Pricing is prepaid by lookup bundle rather than monthly subscription. The 1,000 look-ups plan costs £60, while 5,000 look-ups costs £275, 15,000 costs £600, 30,000 costs £1,140, and 50,000 costs £1,800. Requirements above 50,000 look-ups use a bespoke plan with custom pricing. A 30-day trial is available for new accounts.
