It supports online self-administered surveys, mobile, telephone, kiosk, and paper data collection. Its research toolkit combines skip logic, visibility and flow formulas, question rotation, quota management, participant databases, online panel integration, multimedia capture, and analysis features including charts, tables, cross-tabulation, word clouds, text classification, and sample weighting.
Pricing spans a free plan, a $99 Academia Edition for three months, and annual licenses. Individual costs $399 per year for up to 5 functional users, 2,000 successful cases per survey, 50 questions per survey, and 20,000 participants. Team Basic costs $699 per year and raises those limits to 25 users, 5,000 cases, 100 questions, and 30,000 participants. Team Premier costs $999 per year for up to 50 users, 10,000 cases, 200 questions, and 50,000 participants.
