RotatorSurvey is survey software for market research agencies, public-opinion researchers, universities, government organizations, and independent researchers. It supports online self-administered surveys, mobile, telephone, kiosk, and paper data collection. Its research toolkit combines skip logic, visibility and flow formulas, question rotation, quota management, participant databases, online panel integration, multimedia capture, and analysis features including charts, tables, cross-tabulation, word clouds, text classification, and sample weighting.
Pricing spans a free plan, a $99 Academia Edition for three months, and annual licenses. Individual costs $399 per year for up to 5 functional users, 2,000 successful cases per survey, 50 questions per survey, and 20,000 participants. Team Basic costs $699 per year and raises those limits to 25 users, 5,000 cases, 100 questions, and 30,000 participants. Team Premier costs $999 per year for up to 50 users, 10,000 cases, 200 questions, and 50,000 participants. Enterprise adds unlimited admins and functional users, unlimited cases and questions, and a private server. Academia Edition is for students and teachers, with one Study Modeler and OLAP Analyzer combination, up to 500 cases, and up to 30 questions.
The strongest fit is for teams that need more than form building: complex branching, linear and hierarchical quotas, offline mobile interviewing, rich media, and Excel or SPSS exports are central advantages. Surveys can run on web, Windows, and Android, while core applications are installed on Windows PCs and surveys can be hosted in the vendor’s cloud or on private servers. Choose RotatorSurvey for structured research operations and varied collection modes; teams seeking a simpler survey-only workflow or a verified API should consider alternatives.
