Rosterra is management software for dance studios and other activity businesses. It brings together roster management, leads, attendance, progression tracking, scheduling, communications, payments and events. Dance-specific tools cover style-based grades and syllabi, exam sessions with entries and fees, recital and costume charges, and term tuition. The product fits small, growing and established schools that want parent access through a portal and branded mobile apps on web, iOS and Android.
Pricing is organized by location rather than member, with monthly billing. Core costs $30 per location per month and includes roster, leads, attendance, kiosk check-in, rank tests, recurring billing and autopay, events, and parent access; its limit is 25 students. Growth costs $60 per location per month and adds a live class schedule. Unlimited costs $90 per location per month and adds priority support, onboarding and early access to new features. A 30-day trial is available. Studios can also purchase an AI-built custom site for $600 one time, followed by $30 per month for hosting and updates, including hosting, security updates and two content update requests each month.
Rosterra’s platform coverage is practical for studios that need mobile parent communication and payment workflows. Features include email and SMS communications, digital waivers, document signing, recurring card and ACH autopay, sibling and multi-class discounts, and Google Calendar synchronization.
