Rooms is a browser-based video conferencing platform from 4Players GmbH for businesses, educators, nonprofits, public-sector organizations, and individuals. It supports encrypted meetings without participant accounts or software downloads, with public or private rooms, persistent or temporary rooms, breakout rooms, screen sharing, an integrated whiteboard, and custom branding. The combination of browser access and deployment flexibility makes it especially relevant for organizations that want private meeting spaces without requiring desktop software.
The free License includes up to 24 participants, unlimited meetings, no time limits, end-to-end encryption, modern browser support, and cloud hosting.
