Rompatcher is a free, open-source command-line tool written in Rust for applying patches to video-game ROM files. It is aimed at users who work with ROM patching and want a scriptable workflow rather than a graphical application. Automatic patch-format detection covers IPS, BPS, UPS, APS N64, APS GBA, EBP, RUP, PPF, xdelta, and BDF formats, while configurable output paths help keep patched files organized.
