EZ ROM Patcher is a free browser-based utility for applying patches to ROM files and creating patches from original and modified files. It is aimed at ROM users who want broad format coverage without installing software or creating an account. Processing occurs locally in the browser, so ROMs and patches are not uploaded. The tool runs on desktop and mobile operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
