RollCall is a browser-based check-in and attendance tool for youth groups, churches, sports clubs, community organisations, events and programmes. Members can register, check in through a shared device, phone link or QR code, and sign out when needed. Leaders get live attendance views, member profiles, session history, reports, CSV import and export, and group-level permissions. It is best suited to small groups that want a focused attendance workflow rather than a broad member-management system.
The Free plan includes the core check-in experience, kiosk mode, self-service registration, member sign-out, leader portals, member profiles, session history reports, and CSV import and export. Pro costs $19.99 per month when billed monthly or $107.89 per year when billed annually. It includes everything in Free, plus full reports and attendance charts, a session planner, an activities bank, streak tracking, email reports, and priority support. A 14-day Pro trial is available, and the trial requires a card. The one-group limit on Free makes the no-cost tier most suitable for a single recurring group.
RollCall runs on the web, so organisations can access it through a browser without a separate native app. Planning Center integration is a useful fit for churches that want to import people and attendance history, while groups using other systems may find the ecosystem narrower. Choose RollCall for straightforward check-in, attendance visibility, and leader access across a small group. Choose an alternative if native mobile software, broader integrations, or management across multiple groups is central to the buying decision.
