RocketPro Engage is a cloud-based legal CRM for solo, small, and mid-market law firms that want to move prospective clients from first contact through consultation booking, intake, document collection, e-signature, and retainer tracking. It combines multi-channel lead capture with a visual pipeline, automated email and SMS sequences, phone communication, referral and revenue attribution, and legal CRM integrations. Firms focused on automating lead conversion and retainer workflows will find its scope aligned with that process.

The Standard plan costs $297 per month or $2,844 per year, with the annual option shown as 20% savings. It includes smart intake forms and pipeline management, an email, SMS, and phone system, calendar booking, automated follow-up sequences, documents, e-signatures, unlimited users, and automations. RocketPro AI costs $497 per month or $4,764 per year. It adds the Aria AI assistant, AI-powered follow-up and nurture, smart lead qualification, advanced reporting and analytics, and speed-to-lead automation. That pricing makes the product more suitable for firms that can use several workflow and conversion features rather than teams seeking a basic intake form or standalone scheduler.

Platform fit is a notable strength. RocketPro Engage supports web and API access and integrates with Clio, MyCase, Lawmatics, Lawcus, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, iCal, Calendly, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Slack, Zoom, LawPay, Stripe, and QuickBooks. Support is available through email, chat, and documentation. The tradeoff is that the product does not list a mobile app, and its starting price may be difficult to justify for firms with simple lead-management needs. Choose it for connected intake, qualification, booking, and retainer automation; consider a narrower tool if those workflows are not central to the firm’s needs.
