RMDialer is a mobile business dialer and telecalling CRM from Wappblaster for individual callers, sales teams and telecalling operations. It uses each caller’s own SIM for outbound calls, then connects call history with lead statuses, custom fields, remarks and reminders. The product is available on web, iOS and Android, with support for lead imports from spreadsheets, Google Sheets, APIs and supported lead sources. Its free plan covers the basic dialer, while a 3-day free trial provides a way to evaluate broader capabilities.

Pricing is straightforward across the listed plans. RMDialer — Yearly costs $29 per user per year, equivalent to a listed starting price of $2.42 per user per month when billed annually. RMDialer — 3 months costs $12 per user per 3 months. Both paid plans include the business call dialer, lead CRM, lead automation, automatic and bulk WhatsApp, the WhatsApp CRM inbox, web CRM functions, team management, permissions, reports, exports, call analytics and lost-lead tracking. CRM, reminders, list auto-dialing, team reports and WhatsApp automation require the trial or a paid plan.

Its strongest fit is for teams whose sales motion begins with phone outreach and continues through WhatsApp. Integrations include Google Sheets, REST API, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, WhatsApp, Excel, CSV and several supported lead sources, while round-robin assignment and employee call tracking help coordinate teams. RMDialer is less suitable for organizations that need structured, multi-step sales cadences: recurring reminders are available, but full drip sequences are on the roadmap. Choose it for affordable SIM-based calling with CRM and messaging around it; choose another tool if task-sequence depth is the primary requirement.

RMDialer pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • SIM-based auto-dialing works from the caller’s own SIM
    • Recurring reminders, CRM records and call history support follow-up
    • WhatsApp automation, lead imports and team reports cover key workflows
  • Where it doesn't
    • Full drip task sequences are not currently provided
    • Advanced CRM, reminders and WhatsApp automation require paid access
    • The workflow is more call-centric than sequence-centric
