Our verdict on Rexipe

Rexipe is an iPhone and iPad meal-planning app for home cooks who want recipe discovery, nutrition-aware weekly planning, and grocery organization in one place. Its AI can create recipes from descriptions, cravings, or ingredients, while the planner works around dietary preferences, allergens, household size, calories, and macronutrient targets. The app also imports recipes from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and websites, then stores them in searchable cookbooks.

The planning workflow is its clearest strength. Rexipe builds seven-day meal plans, supports meal swaps, scales servings, and generates grocery lists organized by aisle with duplicate ingredients merged. Guided cook mode adds step-by-step support while preparing a selected recipe. These features make it a good fit for cooks who regularly save recipes from social platforms and want those recipes connected to shopping and meal planning rather than kept as separate links.

Rexipe uses a freemium model with a limited free plan and a seven-day free trial. The Pro plan includes 100 AI recipes, 50 AI meal plans, 200 link imports, 100 photo imports per month, unlimited cookbooks, and one other person on their own account. Pro Max raises those limits to 200 AI recipes, 100 AI meal plans, unlimited link and photo imports, unlimited cookbooks and self-built plans, and up to five people on their own accounts. The published starting price is 6.99 in the US App Store. Choose Rexipe if you use Apple devices and value recipe importing, target-based planning, and automated shopping. Android users or cooks seeking a planning horizon beyond seven days should choose another app.
