ReviewMix is a web-based review management tool for businesses, agencies, and multi-site studios. It imports Google Business Profile reviews into a shared inbox, supports replies from the dashboard, creates review QR codes and shareable links, collects customer testimonials, and embeds approved reviews on websites. Its focus suits small European businesses that primarily manage Google reviews, as well as agencies handling multiple clients and locations.
The Free plan covers one Google business and one website, with weekly review refreshes, review layouts, a collection link, QR code and review-link basics, and email support. Pro costs €12 per month monthly or €10 per month with annual billing, adding daily refreshes, dashboard replies, business-specific QR codes and links, a printables kit, and removal of ReviewMix branding. Agency costs €29 monthly or €24 with annual billing for 25 Google businesses and five websites, plus client labels and priority email support. Studio costs €69 monthly or €57.50 with annual billing for 125 Google businesses and 25 websites, with priority support and early feature access. Every account begins with a 14-day trial.
