It can automatically send review-request emails after eligible orders, then display reviews in website widgets and public pages. Stores can manage reviews and post public replies, while shoppers can contribute customer photos through widgets. Its scope is centered on ecommerce reviews rather than broad reputation monitoring, making it a better fit for stores that want review collection tied to their products and storefront than for teams seeking wider channel monitoring.
Its plans step up from collection to search and Google features. The Free plan includes automatic request emails, product and store reviews, customized invitations, and customer-photo reviews in widgets. Pro costs €20 per month with monthly billing or €15 per month with annual billing; it adds rich snippets, SEO follow links, adjustable sending time, Google Business Profile invitations, and requests for past orders. Premium costs €50 per month monthly or €40 per month annually, adding Google Shopping Ratings, multilingual reviews, SEO improvements, questions and answers, and manual product invitations.
