Retail Media Manager is a web-based, white-label platform for retailers running advertising businesses. It packages placements into a live media kit, publishes prices and availability, plans campaigns, coordinates advertiser tasks, and handles order and billing workflows. Retailers can support in-store, on-site, off-site and social media types while giving advertisers access through the retailer’s own brand and domain. It fits small, mid-market and enterprise teams that need one operational workspace for retail media inventory and sales administration.
The published plans show three tiers. Media Kit costs €199 per month with no transaction fee and covers the branded media kit foundation. Order & Inventory Management costs €499 per month, adds a 2% transaction fee, and includes everything in Media Kit plus inventory capacity, availability and booking workflows. Enterprise uses a fixed fee with custom pricing and includes everything in Order & Inventory plus enterprise-level additions. Across the plans, the product covers placement catalogs, campaign planning, order-line status, creative tasks, quotes, billing and paid-invoice processing.
Its strongest fit is operational coordination rather than campaign activation: teams can expose placement formats, prices, lead times and access controls, then track bookings, advertiser communication and campaign results in one system. GDPR compliance is listed, and support is provided by email. The web-only delivery keeps access straightforward for browser-based teams, while the white-label domain and advertiser login support external collaboration. Retailers seeking structured inventory and billing management should consider it; teams primarily looking for broad ad-buying integrations or execution tools may need a different product focus.
