Responsum is a cloud-based privacy and compliance platform for privacy teams, DPOs, legal departments and organizations managing GDPR obligations. It brings Records of Processing Activities, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Transfer Impact Assessments, data subject requests, incidents, vendors, risks, policies and compliance tasks into a shared environment. The scope also covers questionnaires, automated data collection, reporting, APIs and webhooks, making it suited to teams that want privacy operations alongside broader governance, risk and compliance work.

The published plans are quotation-based. Privacy BASIC includes privacy tools, risk management, full governance, planning and collaboration, plus e-learning and phishing for up to 250 employees. Privacy PRO adds AI Governance, questionnaires and automation to everything in BASIC. Full GRC extends the package across privacy, security, risk, full governance, planning and collaboration, and AI Governance. The offer is therefore structured around expanding functional coverage rather than a publicly itemized subscription ladder. The evaluation environment is useful for assessing fit, but it is not presented as a permanent free plan.

Responsum fits organizations that need a connected compliance workflow and an ecosystem that can reach existing business systems. Integrations include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, Cookiebot, Civic UK, Collibra, DealCloud, Consent Manager, Filerskeepers, Rulefinder by aosphere and custom applications. Open APIs and webhooks support additional connections, while Filerskeepers provides retention-rule support as an add-on. Choose Responsum if privacy work must sit alongside security, risk or governance processes; choose a narrower privacy tool if your priority is a simpler, privacy-only workflow with transparent public pricing and no need for wider GRC coverage.
