Our verdict on ReputeMap
ReputeMap is a web and API-based review management service for local businesses, multi-location operators, and marketing agencies. Its core workflow brings reviews into one inbox, drafts replies with AI for approval before publication, and supports email or QR-code review requests. Negative-review alerts, review widgets, surveys, and reporting extend the service beyond response management. It is particularly suited to teams that prioritize Google Business Profile activity and want a focused way to manage review workflows across locations.
Pricing is structured around four plan levels. Solo costs $19 per month, or $149 per year, and includes the review inbox, AI replies, QR and email review requests, and negative-review alerts. Starter costs $29 per month and adds branded review-ask pages, an embeddable Google-review widget, and AI reply drafts alongside the inbox and alerts. Growth costs $79 per month and adds automatic email reminders, a multi-location dashboard, Telegram and WhatsApp alerts, surveys, a detractor rescue queue, and a staff leaderboard. Pro costs $129 per month and adds white-label PDF reports, a branded client portal, a prospect audit generator, scheduled report emails, and priority support.
Its ecosystem fit is strongest for organizations already working with Google Business Profile. ReputeMap also lists Stripe, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zapier, and OpenAI integrations, plus a REST API and hosted MCP server for review data and review-request workflows.
