RepMove is field sales software for B2B teams that sell in person. It combines mobile and web-based CRM capabilities with route planning, territory management, lead and account records, sales pipelines, visit tracking, notes, tasks, reporting, email, document storage, and business-card scanning. It runs on web, iOS, and Android, with offline mobile work and automatic resynchronization. Teams managing representatives in the field can use it to connect daily visits with customer records, deals, orders, expenses, and mileage reporting.

Its plan structure separates mobile field work from broader sales management. Flex includes the mobile app, sales route planning, note tracking, account and contact management, task management, and mass email. Sales Pro adds the web-based desktop CRM, territory management, expense reports and purchase orders, document management, route templates, and sales pipelines and deals. Accelerate combines Flex and Sales Pro with two-way app integration. RepMove also offers a seven-day free trial, while paid plans are designed for individual representatives, teams of up to 10 users, and larger teams needing expanded records and two-way integrations.

Integration breadth is a central part of the product’s fit. RepMove connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and several industry systems including Point of Rental, Texada, VitalEdge, Integrated Rental, Intellidealer, e-Emphasys, Dodge Construction Network, and ConstructConnect. AI features are included, but the clearest value is the combination of field activity, CRM records, routing, and offline work. Choose RepMove when representatives need one system for planning and recording visits across web and mobile. Teams seeking a free product or sales software outside an in-person B2B motion should consider a different category fit.
