RentPrep provides tenant screening services for landlords and property managers. Its reports can cover credit information, ResidentScore, bankruptcies, identity and Social Security number verification, criminal and sex-offender searches, eviction records, judgments, liens, and income or employment verification add-ons. The service is available through the web and API, with reports delivered through Stessa. It is best suited to managers who want broad applicant checks with a human compliance review rather than a self-service search alone.
The plan structure separates individual screening needs from portfolio workflows. Credit Report Only focuses on credit reporting, ResidentScore, and bankruptcies. Full Background Check Only adds FCRA-certified screener review, SSN verification, nationwide criminal and sex-offender searches, nationwide eviction searches, judgments and liens, and bankruptcies. Complete Screening Package combines credit reporting with identity, criminal, eviction, and compliance-review features.
