Renter Insight brings leasing, accounting, payments, maintenance, and resident communication together for manufactured housing communities as well as single-family and multifamily rentals. For mobile home parks, its more relevant tools include separate lot- and home-rent ledger charges, owner-financed loan tracking with principal-and-interest amortization, and RUBS and utility billing.
