Rented is cloud-based property management software for New Zealand property management companies and landlords. It brings together automatic rent tracking and collection, expense categorisation, cashflow dashboards, online applications, tenant screening, digital leases, inspections, maintenance tracking, messaging, document storage, bank-feed imports, reconciliation, owner reporting, and Healthy Homes compliance statements. Multi-user and multi-property support is included, making the product suited to rental businesses managing more than one property or owner.
The published plans use a monthly pricing model based on managed properties. The First property plan includes all features, multi-user support, and multi-property support. The 2–50 properties plan has a capped price plus GST, while the 51+ properties plan adds a charge for properties above 50. Rented also provides a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. This structure is a practical fit for businesses that want costs to track their property portfolio, though organisations with larger portfolios should account for the additional charge above 50 properties.
Compliance and financial workflows are the product’s clearest focus.
