Rentastic combines rental accounting and property management for residential landlords and real estate investors. It tracks income and expenses, syncs bank and credit-card transactions through Plaid, categorizes activity by property, and produces tax-oriented reports such as Schedule E-ready profit and loss statements. The product also includes cash-flow and balance-sheet reporting, portfolio dashboards, receipt scanning, transaction splitting, tenant records, screening, lease e-signatures, and accountant read-only access.
